Story Behind the Curve
Prior to FY19-20, programs that provided parenting information assumed that parenting skills had been gained by their participants. In FY19-20, programs were encouraged to survey participants to obtain their self-assessment. This change in methodology has resulted in some unusual-looking percentages for this performance measure. This should stabilize going forward.
