Story Behind the Curve
For HFY1 22: The Learning Beyond the Classroom bus is back in the community for FY22. Because of the high COVID numbers in Garrett County, participation is lower than in previous years when comparing mid-year data. The program plans to utilize a "pick-up" option including food and activities for families who do not feel comfortable participating in person.

FY25: The data is duplicated. There were 809 parent/guardians and children who attended a mobile outreach event and received a bag of food and educational supplies. Parents/guardians and children may have attended more than one event and received one bag at each event.
