FY23: All new families meet with and are present for the first meeting, but families can sign a consent for the team to discuss the plan during a review, with a family advocate designated in their place. No new action items are created withouth the family member present and/or without explict permission to do so.
FY21: LCT meetings were held via conference call and Teams Mtg during FY21, but the virtual structure was a barrier for some families.
