Story Behind the Curve
We are consistently reaching adolescents within the North Branch School District and have a few attend from the Forest Lake/Wyoming Area. This data indicates the number of different adolescents were had attend at least one class session during the 2013-14 school year.

What Works
It is key for this program's success to have high school counselors and nurses involved in identifying and referring pregnant adolescents to our program.
Action Plan
More outreach needs to be done to our other Chisago County school districts, again this could be accomplished with the addition of staffing resources.
