Story Behind the Curve
Referrals Triaged by CIS Coordinator: A goal is to increase and maintain community awareness that CIS is a comprehensive source for family and early childhood services. Referrals made directly to the CIS Coordinator indicate a high level of community awareness of the CIS Coordinator as the “central door” for CIS referrals in a region. The contract requirement dropped from 70% to 51% in 2023.
