Story Behind the Curve
FY20-21: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and quarantine, there were fewer arrests during this period which created fewer clients sentenced to probation. There was also a delay in all court hearings during the quarantine so this created a large time lag for cases to be adjudicated and put on probation during this period.
Numbers may be low for 2019 data...only 6 months of surveys collected for year. Not all clients completed the surveys requested.

Submitted by previous Executive Director prior to 10/2021: Now requesting that clients complete their survey during the last appt either by phone or in-person to eliminate unreturned surveys.
