FY2025: As indicated by the Iowa Justice Data Warehouse, Easy Access to Iowa Adult Criminal Dispositions, conviction rate trends for the crime category subtypes of alcohol, drug possession, forgery/fraud, OWI, theft, and public order (common lower-level offenses) have experienced a decline in adult convictions in Story County over a ten-year period.  (7/10/25, SS)

07/2022: As of FY21-22, due to the hiring of a new Executive Director in Oct. 2021, total number of cases in time period is understood to mean the total number of Story County clients who were served in the time period.  SS

FY2021: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and quarantine, there were fewer arrests during this period which created fewer clients sentenced to probation. There was also a delay in all court hearings during the quarantine so this created a large time lag for cases to be adjudicated and put on probation during this period.
