Action Plan
In FY19, the vendor will identify any changes that need to be made by the end of the school year and will implement these changes in the future. The therapists will have a greater flexibility of moving hours to busier schools and reducing the time at schools that have lower utilization. The vendor is identifying traits and characteristics of therapists to ensure greater success in the schools and assigning therapists who exhibit those characteristics. These include: flexibility, ability to quickly establish rapport with administration and students and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
