What We Do
We offer free and confidential pregnancy testing for anyone. We offer the Changes & Choices comprehensive sex education course in Marion County high schools and middle schools. We also offer home visiting through Marion County Help Me Grow and Healthy Families Marion programs. These are offered for pregnant women, as well as families with children up to the age of five.

Social services are provided to families with children from birth to age three.

What We Do
Goal: To increase middle and high school student’s knowledge about sexual health, so that they are equipped to make better choices about their own sexual health. Having this knowledge will also potentially lower the teen birth rate in Marion County.
