Family Bridge Coalition

Family Bridge is an umbrella of programs designed to help parents empower themselves as their children's first teacher, and to connect families who have young children and expectant mothers with education, support and resources needed to prepare children for school readiness and a lifetime of health and success.

Result: All families in Gregg County with children Prenatal – 5 years thrive in an environment that supports well-being and school readiness for a lifetime of success.
