The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) runs and reports on a variety of standard quality measure sets annually. Through regular review and analysis a core set of these measures, the Global Commitment to Health (GC) Core Measure Set, is chosen to be reported on by DVHA to the Agency of Human Services (AHS) and is meant to represent the breadth of services provided to Vermont Medicaid members. Most of these measures are validated each year by an external quality review (EQR) organization. As a health insurance plan, our performance on these measures is an indicator of our overall Medicaid members' health.
