Key Updates:
Created job description for Director of Community Financial Services and opened the position.
Added two new Finance Committee members effective 10/7/21.
Work has started on a diversificed plan, as directors are gathering a list of resource needs per program, including grant match requirements.
Have established a method for tracking unrestricted funds.
Monthly newsletters have been sent out to donors consitently. Personalized video email sent out to donors following receipt of their contribution.
Monthly Facebook live events are being held to highlight CMCA programs and services.
