Introducing the Healthy 2030 Scorecard for Wilson County! This Scorecard assists the community in learning and tracking efforts aimed at addressing the top three health priorities, as identified in the 2022 Wilson County Community Health Assessment (CHA):
- Mental/Behavioral Health
- Healthy Eating/Active Living
- Substance Misuse
Various community stakeholders and partners through the Wilson Wellness Collaborative are working collectively toward a healthier future.
This Scorecard also serves as the Wilson County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), meeting the requirement for NC Local Health Department Accreditation. It's important to note that this Scorecard is an evolving document and does not encompass every program or partner addressing these health issues.
The intention with this Scorecard is to actively work on "turning the curve" and making a meaningful impact on the programs and performances listed. Results-Based Accountability (RBA), a disciplined approach to thinking and acting, was adopted at the state level to address entrenched and complex social problems. This methodology guides our efforts in driving improvements and achieving better outcomes for the community. Utilize the icons below to expand items and gain further insights.
