HNC 2030 Scorecard Granville Vance County: 2021-2024

  

Granville Vance Public Health is pleased to announce the release of the Healthy NC 2030 Scorecard specifically tailored for Granville and Vance County. This scorecard complements the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), which serves as a comprehensive guide for long-term and systematic approaches to addressing public health concerns in the area. It is based on the findings of the Community Health Assessment (CHA). The scorecard highlights the ongoing initiatives in Granville and Vance County that focus on three key health priorities identified in the CHA:

  1. Enhancing Access to Healthcare
  2. Promoting Mental Health and Addressing Substance Use
  3. Engaging Youth for Community Health and Safety
