What are we doing?

The target for the Live Well Community Market Program is to assist five (5) additional markets become participants each year.  Initiated in FY 2014-15, performance has fluctuated, due to contract delays which prevent new markets from being recruited. A total of 22 markets were participating by the end of FY 2018-19, with the goal of 27 markets by the end of 2019-20. Performance over time has been five additional markets on average per year.
