HNC 2030 Scorecard: Moore County 2022-2025 CHA

The Moore County Health Department is excited to share our Healthy NC 2030 Scorecard for Moore County. This scorecard supports the Community Health Improvement Plan (or CHIP), which guides the long-term, systematic efforts for addressing public health issues in Moore County based on the results from the Community Health Assessment (CHA). The scorecard outlines the efforts being made in Moore County to address the health priorities identified in the CHA:

  • Behavioral Health
