Healthy Behaviors

A group of subject matter experts developed a series of strategies and tactics that we believe will contribute positive impact related to the two Bold Goals related to Healthy Behaviors. These strategies and tactics are:

• Support for Wellness Activities
  • Physical activity education in schools
  • Increase awareness of free resources for physical activity
  • Increase access for under-resourced families to local resources
  • Physical activity for all abilities and ages
• Support for Healthy Food Choices

  • Advocacy at the local and state levels for health promotion in schools and the community
