CCFAP Payments by STep Ahead Recognition Level

STep Ahead Recognition System (STARS) is Vermont’s Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS) for child care, preschool, and afterschool programs. Participation in STARS means that a program is striving beyond licensing regulations to meet higher quality standards, uphold professional practices, and commit to continuous quality improvement. The data below represents the number of providers by STARS Level that received CCFAP payments on behalf of qualifying families during the state fiscal year.*

*Data Caveat- Due to a system error in CDDIS in the month of April 2023, Vision Payment Dates did not generate for all claims paid. Therefore there is uncertainty in the April 2023 dataset.
