Identified Health Issue: Health Problems Associated with Aging
Some common health problems associated with aging include hearing loss, vision loss, and osteoarthritis. Not only does aging increase the risk of several chronic diseases including dementia, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer, but it also increases the incidence of arthritis, falls, disability, and social isolation. Adopting healthy habits, such as eating a nutritious foods and exercising regularly, can help prevent health problems associated with aging.
