Launched and administered by the Governor’s Office for Children, Maryland’s ENOUGH Initiative aims to reduce the number of children living in poverty through community-led, government-supported solutions. The initiative addresses the root causes of poverty in specific neighborhoods that have been historically left behind and impacted by barriers to economic mobility. Driven by data, residents’ lived experiences and cross-sector collaboration, this grant initiative supports community-led organizations across every region of Maryland to improve access to quality healthcare, good schools, good jobs and safe neighborhoods so that more children and families can prosper. This ENOUGH Results Based Accountability Implementation Dashboard reflects the strategies being implemented by the community to address the root causes of child poverty across the four ENOUGH Result Areas: (1) Cradle to Career Education; (2) Healthy Families; (3) Economically Secure Families; and (4) Safe & Thriving Communities.
The ENOUGH Community Quarterback has worked with partners and community members to build a Results Based Accountability framework that identifies population-level Outcome Indicators and program-level Progress Measures aligned with the strategies being pursued on the ground.

As strategies progress, the ENOUGH Partnership will use this Results Based Accountability dashboard to track progress and measure impact across each ENOUGH Result Area.
