The strategies below are from a cross-sector partnership of organizations. These measures are for FY26 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026).
Goal: Increase access to comprehensive, high-quality health care services for NKY residents
Expand health care access across NKY
Provide health-related education events to the community
Goal: Promote healthy, safe, and accessible home environments for Northern Kentucky residents
Connect with community partners to address housing for specific vulnerable populations
Provide housing assistance for HIV Case Management clients and their household members
Improve linkages of lead-exposed children to recommended services
Educate and perform corrective actions in the community to reduce lead exposure
Provide income-aligned housing
Goal: Promote healthy development for Northern Kentucky children and adolescents
Provide injury prevention, health, safety, and nutrition outreach and education to childcare centers
Prevent accidental death in children
Promote quality childcare
Promote youth social-emotional development
