Methodology
The data captured in this Scorecard are children that have actively received child care financial assistance. A certificate indicates a child is actively receiving financial assistance. A child can have multiple certificates in a given month. The data represents the number of unduplicated children.
Children Enrolled in CCFAP: The total number of children each month who have an active certificate.
