About the Data

HPEC has a range of effective services for families to access for infants and children (0-6), who are experiencing developmental delays and/or social emotional challenges, however, navigating the system and knowing how to access these services can be challenging.  The Early Learning, Childcare and Education Committee collaborated with the Infant and Early Mental Health Promotion (IEMHP) program through SickKids, to develop a referral pathway for community partners and professionals to  support families in receiving early and timely recognition and access to appropriate supports.
