NC Quitline
Description
The Lincoln County Health Department will lead efforts to promote QuitlineNC within our community. We serve Lincoln County residents. By increasing awareness of QuitlineNC, we hope to increase usage of cessation services.
QuitlineNC is free 24 hour/7 days a week call/text service that is available to any North Carolina resident who needs help quitting commercial tobacco use. Once an individual contacts the Quitline, they will receive support they need to help stop tobacco use. Quit Coaching is available in different forms, which can be used separately or together, to help any tobacco user give up tobacco.

Our promotional efforts for QuitlineNC generated an estimated reach of at least 80,626 individuals for the year 2023.
