We continue to be one of seven methadone clinics that serve opioid dependent individuals in Vermont. We are the sole provider of methadone maintenance therapy in Chittenden County. In addition to the seven methadone clinics, there are a number of providers, including HC, that are prescribing buprenorphine in the state. As one of the seven HUBS in the state, our focus is that of supporting those with more intensive needs. Once stabilized, we would transition patients receiving buprenorphine to a SPOKE provider, where they would receive medication from a physician prescribing buprenorphine and be referred to a Spoke clinician.
The Chittenden Clinic is open daily, seven days per week (including holidays). Our dosing hours are M-F from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m (SRD) and 6:00am to 10:00am (UHC) and 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on weekends.
