VCP Network Agency Unified Consumer Satisfaction Surveys
What We Do
Annually, all VCP agencies survey people who were supported by their agencies using standardized questions and response options. Agencies are allowed the freedome to administer the survey in the way that will work best given their program and client needs.
Who We Serve
VERMONT CARE PARTNERS is a partnership between the Vermont Council and the Vermont Care Network.
Our mission is to provide statewide leadership for an integrated, high quality system of comprehensive services and supports. Our sixteen non-profit community-based member agencies offer care to Vermonters affected by developmental disabilities, mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
